Holiday – Training – Monday

My race bike is in for service!!!! I miss it already. I bought it used and send it to my locale bike shop for a service. It hat some small stuff that need to be fixed. One of the parts had to be fixed… but the part is on back order….. so no bike since friday!

Swimming have been my friend. I have been in the local harbour pool the last four days. Friday I got 1400m, Saturday I got 1650m, Sunday I got 1000m and today I got 1850m.

I have also been riding my citybike a lot. I’m riding to everything. Everytime I go swimming I have 4 km each way. So that is 8 km and around 30 min of ride time.

Today in total:

  • 60 min swimming
  • 41 min of bike riding.

I have been eating healthy.

  • 2 Rågi crispbread
  • 125g mackerel in tomato sauce
  • left overs from my son on a cafe – 150g. chicken breast and 100g. cheese. (nachos) did not eat any of the chips.
  • 150ml of Grimbergen beer with my wife.

Have not been eating dinner yet… but I think it’s gonna be mixed salat and some chicken.

I miss my bike!
